Ratafia de Champagne Rouge
The Ratafia is a typical Champagne aperitif (no bubbles). This red ratafia is made from the Pinot Noir grape from the Champagne vineyards. The drink is a fusion of two parts. On the one hand the must and on the other part alcohol (Fine de Champagne). The addition of alcohol stops the alcoholic fermentation. The wine corresponds to the category of “vin doux naturels 18%, but not a spirit. After two years of aging on the barrel, the ratafia gives a fruity drink, sweetened and alcoholised. Serve very cool, it will be appreciated as an aperitif or with dessert. It is a very elegant product that works well on every table but also as a gift.
